DPP has been besieged with many controversies. Many residents are unhappy with some issues; some of which are justified and some not so much. My 30 years in real estate and construction have brought insights and experiences that I will use to help define and support this critical department. My decades of civic participation in many controversial major projects have provided me with much observations and knowledge of the processes and systemic organization at DPP. As Mayor, I will personally and kindly help our good personnel at DPP service the public.
